3 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop peppermint essential oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Blend together and take 1 or 2 drops of mixture and massage around the temples and the base of the skull, along the hair line

GASTRIC HEADACHE

This is often caused by eating the wrong foods. Mix 1 drop of peppermint essential oil into 1 teaspoon of honey dissolved in a glass of warm water, and sip on it.


Also make up the following; 1 drop rosemary essential oil 2 drops peppermint essential oil 1 drop lavender essential oil 1 teaspoon vegetable oil Use one drop of this to massage the back of the neck. Also put one drop onto a tissue and inhale the essential oil fragrant. Try 3 drops of this mixture in a steam inhalation. ( bowl of hot water with 3 drops on the mixture in it and inhale).

NERVOUS HEADACHE

3 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop chamomile essential oil
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Blend together, and massage around the temples and the base of the skull, along hair line.

TENSION HEADACHE

1 drop geranium essential oil
2 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Blend together, and massage around the temples and the base of the skull, along the hair line.

HEADACHE RELIEF BATH

3 drops chamomile essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops marjoram essential oil
2 drops thyme essential oil
1 drop coriander essential oil
Disperse the oils into a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes or longer.

ICY MIGRAINE COMPRESS

1 quart ice cold water
2 drops peppermint essential oil
1 drop ginger essential oil
1 drop marjoram essential oil
Pour water into a two quart glass bowl and add essential oils. Soak a clean cloth in the water and apply to your forehead or neck at the first sign of a developing migraine. Avoid letting the compress come into contact with your eyes. You can apply an ice pack over the compress to keep it from getting warm.
